Who we are

WireFuse is provided by Bumenga Yazılım Medya Danışmanlık Limited Şirketi, Türkiye. Use our contact form for support or privacy enquiries.

WireFuse is a client for your own WireGuard or AmneziaWG configuration. We do not provide VPN servers, and you do not create a WireFuse account.

Information on your Apple TV

Your saved VPN profiles and keys are stored in the device’s Keychain. Preferences such as the selected profile, language and appearance are stored locally. You can delete a saved profile in the app. Uninstalling an app does not guarantee that the operating system deletes every Keychain record.

WireFuse has no advertising or third-party analytics SDK. The app does not upload your profiles, private keys, browsing history or VPN traffic to a Bumenga service. Bumenga does not collect that VPN information for sale, marketing, tracking or disclosure to third parties.

Connection statistics come from the local VPN counters. Live traffic graph history is held temporarily, not saved as a usage history. The local report displays app and system versions, tunnel state, protocol, error codes and available numeric connection measurements. It excludes profile names, server addresses and keys, and it is not sent automatically.

Apple’s operating system may create its own diagnostic records. This policy does not mean that no system logs exist.

Connections you choose

Your selected VPN server and DNS services process network requests as part of providing those services. Their handling of this information is governed by their providers. WireFuse does not guarantee absolute anonymity or that every operating-system request travels through the VPN.

Downloading a configuration from an HTTPS address contacts that address; its operator can observe the request. Local browser transfer uses a temporary HTTP session and a pairing code on your network. That local transfer is not encrypted, so only use it on a trusted network. Configurations are transferred to your TV, not to a WireFuse internet upload service.

Custom tunnel DNS applies while the VPN is connected. Endpoint refresh uses the separate DDNS resolver settings. When you start the built-in DNS check, the app looks up example.com. A successful lookup is not a complete DNS leak test.

Apple purchases

Purchases and restoration are handled through Apple’s App Store services. WireFuse reads Apple-verified purchase entitlements to enable Lifetime access. A local entitlement record in Keychain lets the app and VPN extension apply the connection time limit correctly.

This record is not your Apple account password or payment card information. WireFuse does not operate a payment server. Apple processes account and payment information under Apple’s privacy policy.

Support requests

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, message and selected language. Emails may also contain attachments you choose to send. We use this information to answer your request and follow up on its resolution. Do not send private keys, passwords or complete VPN configurations.

We keep support correspondence for up to 12 months after the enquiry closes. We remove diagnostic attachments earlier when they are no longer needed. Where a specific legal obligation or claim requires longer retention, we keep only the relevant information for that purpose and remove it when that need ends.

Hosting and service providers

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website, stores form requests and checks for spam. It processes technical request data such as IP addresses, browser information and timestamps. Resend delivers support notifications; Google Workspace holds our support correspondence. We do not add advertising trackers or an analytics SDK to the website.

These providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Their privacy notices explain their processing and safeguards. Deleted information may remain temporarily in restricted provider backups until their deletion cycles finish.

We collect information directly through the website, form and email. We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and securing the service; where necessary, we process information to perform a contract, meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. The privacy checkbox acknowledges this notice; it is not marketing consent.

Website language

On the main address, Cloudflare’s approximate country information selects an initial language; English is used when there is no supported match. A language you select in the menu takes priority. A first-party preference cookie remembers that choice for up to 180 days; you can remove it in your browser settings. It contains only the language code, not an identifier. We do not request precise location or call a separate geolocation service.

Your choices & requests

You can disconnect the VPN, edit or remove saved profiles while disconnected, and stop using the local transfer feature. You can use the app without sending a support email.

For access, correction, deletion or an objection concerning information you have sent to Bumenga, contact Contact WireFuse. We may need proportionate information to verify that the request is yours. We will explain any applicable legal reason that prevents fulfilling a request.

We cannot delete information held independently by your VPN provider, DNS provider or Apple; contact those services about their records. Deleting a support message does not cancel an App Store purchase.

Depending on applicable law, you may also request restriction or portability, learn the recipients of your information, ask for corrections or deletion to be communicated to them, object to an adverse automated decision, seek compensation where available, and complain to the competent authority, including Türkiye’s KVKK.

The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page. Changes to how WireFuse handles information will be reflected here and in the app’s privacy information where relevant.
